The third cut-off list for UG admission will be released on Saturday. Dr Jaswinder Singh, Principal, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, said that out of 820, about 440 seats have been filled. “We have 10 students who have applied for the B.Com programme. There is a possibility of a one percent drop in the cut-off in the third list,” he said. In the first list, the cut-off for B.Com program was pegged at 100 percent, but the course did not find any takers, so the cut-off in the second list has been reduced.
Hindu College likely to drop 1 percent in third cut-off
At the same time, 1 thousand 858 students have secured their admission in Hindu College so far. Manish Kansal, admission coordinator of the college said, “The third cut-off list is likely to see a drop of up to one per cent for courses. Unreserved seats for B.Com (Hons) have already been filled. And OBC seats too.” Almost full.
